First and foremost, we are here to provide a first class service to all of our customers. We are proud of the reputation we have built up over 25 years, and understand the importance of fast, attentive, accurate customer service.

Same day despatch

All orders received by 4pm on any working day will be despatched on the same day via first class post. Royal Mail’s target is to achieve 93% success rate for next day delivery for first class post which means that, on occasion, your orders may arrive after next day. Please also try to allow extra time in December and over bank holidays, when postal services may be delayed.

Here for your organisation – large or small

We understand that large organisations may have central purchasing arrangements but require orders to be distributed around different branches or sites. We are happy to process these orders from one source, and send to multiple addresses on your behalf.

Many of our loyal customers are smaller organisations, for whom our same attentive level of service and sameday despatch pledge still applies for orders placed by 4pm each working day. We welcome orders of any value, and advise that there is a small charge of 95p applied for delivery for order values under £85.

Your Stamps By Post account

We will open an account for customers when first orders are placed. This account will remain open for ease of ordering in the future. Should an account remain dormant for 24 months, we will close it, however customers can quickly open new accounts again online when the need arises.
